How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings in the game (the gear at the top) and tap Restore Purchases. Pip's Club and every collection come back on any device signed in to your Apple Account.

How do I cancel Pip's Club?

In the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Empire Zero. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep the rewards you already earned.

My town isn't on my new device.

Make sure both devices use the same Apple Account with iCloud on. Open Empire Zero on the old device once, then on the new one; it will offer to continue your town.

How do I change reminders?

In the game, open Settings, then Reminders, and choose which ones you want. You can turn them all off in the Settings app under Notifications.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad with iOS 17 or later.
