Empire Zero privacy policy

Empire Zero is made by Pauram LLC. We built it so you can play without giving anything up: there are no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no accounts of ours. This page explains, plainly, what the game does with information.

What stays on your device

Your town, progress and settings are saved on your iPhone or iPad. If iCloud is on, a copy of your save is kept in your own iCloud (Apple's key-value storage) so you can continue on your other devices. We can't see it.

Purchases

Purchases and Pip's Club are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details, name or email. The game only receives Apple's confirmation of what you bought, so it can deliver it.

Live weather (optional)

If you turn on Live weather, the game asks for your approximate location and sends it to Apple Weather to get the forecast. It is not sent to us and it isn't stored beyond a short cache on your device. Turn it off any time in the game's Settings.

Reminders (optional)

Reminders are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.

Game Center (optional)

If you use Game Center, your achievements and scores are shared with Apple's Game Center under Apple's privacy policy.

Launch email list (this website)

If you sign up to hear about the launch, we keep your email address and the date, nothing else. We send one email when Empire Zero launches, then delete the list.

Children

Empire Zero has no chat, no ads and doesn't collect personal information. Purchases need the account holder's approval.
