Terms of Human Sovereignty
The foundational legal operating agreement governing your interaction with Pauram software nodes, physical hardware provisions, and digital sanctuaries.
01.Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Pauram LLC ("Pauram," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website located at pauram.com, localized sovereign software nodes, hardware enclave firmware, and physical provisions available through the Pauram Atelier.
By accessing pauram.com, installing Pauram software nodes, or acquiring physical provisions, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our software and web services.
02.Human Ownership of Neural Outputs
Unlike centralized cloud AI corporations that assert copyright claims, residual rights, or telemetry training claims over user prompts, Pauram LLC makes an unequivocal, irrevocable legal declaration:
As between you and Pauram LLC, you own all right, title, and interest in and to all outputs, code artifacts, reasoning chains, synthetic prose, vector embeddings, and fine-tuned adapter weights (including LoRA and micro-kernels) generated through your instance of Pauram. Pauram LLC claims zero copyright, zero licensing royalty, and zero derivative ownership over your outputs.
03.Local Node Software License
Subject to these Terms, Pauram LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable (solely for breach of acceptable use), worldwide license to compile, execute, and run Pauram software nodes on your local physical hardware.
- Perpetual Freedom from Model Deprecation: Local node binaries installed on your hardware contain no remote kill-switches, network time-bombs, or forced subscription locks. You retain the freedom to operate localized software in perpetuity.
- Source Code Integrity: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary cryptographic silicon firmware unless explicitly permitted by applicable mandatory law.
04.Prohibition of Algorithmic Surveillance Monetization
Pauram LLC is chartered to prohibit the sale, licensing, aggregation, or algorithmic exploitation of customer compute or private data. We will never sell your personal coordinates or queries to advertising exchanges, data brokers, or intelligence aggregators.
05.Atelier Physical Provisions & E-Commerce
The Pauram Atelier offers physical artifacts (including high-fire vitrified ceramics, organic Portuguese cotton garments, and structured technical headwear).
- Pricing & Currencies: All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies prior to order fulfillment.
- Insured White-Glove Dispatch: Artifacts are packed in archival protective containers and dispatched with full maritime/air freight insurance.
- Cryptographic Passkey Attestation: Select garments and artifacts feature embedded cryptographic NFC tags. Tampering with or altering the physical NFC chip voids collector verification authenticity guarantees.
06.Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Pauram software or services for:
- The development, deployment, or synthesis of chemical, biological, or radiological weapons.
- Non-consensual biometric exploitation, automated surveillance, or stalking of human persons.
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or malicious penetration of critical civil infrastructure.
- Deceptive impersonation of Pauram LLC executives, engineers, or official representatives.
07.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
PAURAM SERVICES AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PAURAM LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PAURAM LLC IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS.
08.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through confidential, binding bilateral arbitration administered in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Delaware. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
