Application & Software Licensing Charter
The comprehensive commercial licensing framework governing on-premise, air-gapped, and white-label deployments of Pauram LLC software suites, native runtimes, and cryptographic tools.
01.Scope of Licensed Applications
This Application & Software Licensing Charter ("Agreement") establishes the terms under which Pauram LLC ("Pauram," "Licensor") licenses its proprietary desktop, mobile, and cryptographic software applications to individuals, corporate entities, research laboratories, and governmental organizations ("Licensee").
The applications governed by this agreement include, but are not limited to:
- Pauram Sanctum OS (Desktop Enclave): Sovereign native workstation runtime for on-device neural inference, hardware TEE memory isolation, and local contextual reasoning across macOS, Linux, and Windows.
- Pauram CipherDesk / Vault Suite: Zero-knowledge secret management, hardware key attestation, and optical airgap transmission software.
- Pauram Neural Studio: Local parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA) interface and tensor quantization compiler.
- Pauram Guardian Mobile Suite: Out-of-band biometric signing companion for iOS (Secure Enclave) and Android (StrongBox/Knox).
- Pauram Core C++/Rust Inference SDK: Bare-metal compilation libraries and hardware security module driver bindings.
02.Grant of Sovereign License & Deployment Models
Subject to the payment of applicable licensing fees and adherence to the terms herein, Pauram LLC grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, localized license according to the tier specified in the executed Licensing Addendum:
Authorizes the installation and execution of compiled binaries on a specified number of dedicated workstations. Grants perpetual rights to execute the licensed version indefinitely without requiring periodic cloud authorization. Includes 12 months of cryptographic patches and security updates.
Authorizes fleet-wide deployment within physically isolated, air-gapped intranet environments with zero external network connectivity. Includes custom hardware attestation certificates, centralized local key provisioning utilities, and guaranteed 24/7 cryptographic support dispatch SLA.
Grants full rights to re-brand, customize UI aesthetics, and integrate Pauram microkernels directly into third-party hardware appliances or proprietary client stacks. Includes access to underlying Rust/C++ SDKs and co-engineering sprint support.
03.The Sovereign Neural Ownership Invariant
Unlike conventional enterprise software that claims co-ownership, telemetry insights, or training rights over customer data, Pauram operates under an immutable constitutional guarantee:
"All prompts, conversation transcripts, token streams, fine-tuned LoRA weights, vector embeddings, synthetic datasets, and reasoning artifacts created by the Licensee using Pauram applications are the sole, exclusive, unencumbered intellectual property of the Licensee in perpetuity."
Pauram LLC waives any and all current or future claims of copyright, patent interest, or trade secret ownership over customer-synthesized neural weights.
04.Zero Telemetry & Airgap Compatibility Warranty
Pauram warrants that all licensed application binaries:
- Contain zero third-party analytics trackers, behavioral telemetry probes, or hidden reporting sockets.
- Operate with full functional capability when all physical network interfaces (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Cellular) are disengaged or severed.
- Will never trigger remote lockouts, forced session terminations, or degradation of local cryptographic decryption algorithms.
05.Source Code Escrow & Attestation
For Enterprise Airgap and OEM Licensees, Pauram LLC maintains an active Source Code Escrow Agreement with a reputable neutral escrow agent in Delaware. Upon the occurrence of predefined release conditions (such as corporate insolvency or cessation of cryptographic maintenance), the escrow agent is contractually mandated to release full source code repositories, compilation toolchains, and hardware verification keys to the designated Licensee.
Licensees are entitled to verify the reproducible compilation SHA-256 hash of all binaries against cryptographic checksums published on the immutable registry.
