01.Archival Packaging Standards
Every artifact dispatched from the Pauram Atelier is treated as a collector-grade provision. We reject flimsy disposable envelopes in favor of reinforced archival materials:
- High-Fire Vitrified Ceramic Vessels (Pixel Art Mugs): Encased in custom-molded high-density EPS foam cushions calibrated to withstand impacts in excess of 15 Gs.
- Organic Portuguese Apparel (Hoodies & Tees): Folded in anti-static, hermetically sealed archival poly-enclosures with moisture desiccant packs to preserve fabric hand-feel.
- Structured Headwear (Enclave Cap): Shipped in rigid crush-proof structural cartons to preserve crown shape and visor curvature.

03.Vitrified Ceramic Breakage Replacement Guarantee
We take exceptional pride in the durability of our 1280°C kiln-fired ceramic vessels. In the rare event that courier mishandling results in chipped or fractured ceramics upon delivery:
Within 7 days of delivery, transmit high-resolution photographic evidence of the damaged vessel and packaging alongside your reservation hash to concierge@pauram.com. We will immediately expedite a pristine replacement vessel from our vault at zero additional expense to you.
04.30-Day Sovereign Return Policy
You may request a return and full refund for any physical apparel item or headwear provision within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the following criteria:
- Garments must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of odors or pet dander.
- All original swing tags, care labels, and packaging sleeves must remain intact.
- Cryptographic Authenticity Tag: The sewn-in cryptographic NFC passkey tag must remain intact and untampered. Items with severed or reprogrammed NFC tags are ineligible for return.
05.Customs, Import Duties & Tariffs
For major international destinations (United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Canada), duties and import fees are calculated and settled at checkout (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). For jurisdictions operating under unique customs treaties, any local import excise or value-added tax imposed by local border agencies remains the responsibility of the recipient.
