01.Fundamental Architectural Philosophy
At Pauram LLC ("Pauram," "we," "us," or "our"), privacy is not a decorative legal disclaimer or a marketing concession; it is a hard mathematical invariant. Most contemporary AI platforms operate on an asymmetric extraction model: your queries, thoughts, intellectual property, and emotional cadences are ingested into remote data centers to retrain models owned by multinational conglomerates.
Pauram rejects this surveillance paradigm. We build localized, air-gap-capable sovereign intelligence. When you interact with Pauram, your neural context, vector databases, LoRA micro-adapters, and inference tokens remain strictly bounded inside hardware-attested local enclaves on your physical device.
02.Data Collection Policy: Zero Cloud Telemetry
- Neural Prompts & Context Windows: We do not log, inspect, store, or transmit your conversation tokens or inference prompts across the network.
- Model Weights & Fine-Tuning Adapters: Your proprietary fine-tuning data and personal embeddings never leave your local hardware enclave.
- Behavioral Telemetry & Keystrokes: We run 0 background keystroke loggers, user behavior trackers, clickstream recorders, or biometric scanners.
- Advertising Identifiers: We do not integrate IDFA, Google Advertising IDs, fingerprinting beacons, or ad network cookies.
03.Cookie Policy & Client-Side Local Storage
Pauram LLC maintains an uncompromising Zero Third-Party Cookie Policy. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics scripts.
Functional Local Storage Only
Our web applications utilize strictly necessary, client-side browser storage (e.g. localStorage) exclusively for functional preferences:

04.E-Commerce, Physical Dispatch & Payment Processing
When you order physical provisions (such as the 16-Bit Pixel Vessel, Genesis Zip Hoodie, or Sovereign Cap) through the Pauram Atelier:
- Payment Data: All financial transactions are processed directly through Tier-1, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors (e.g. Stripe). Pauram LLC never receives, handles, or stores your raw credit card numbers or banking secrets.
- Physical Shipping Coordinates: Your recipient name, physical street address, and contact email are used solely by our insured logistics partners to manufacture, pack, and dispatch your order. We never sell, rent, or cross-monetize shipping coordinates.
- Cryptographic Receipt Verification: Orders generate a deterministic, client-side SHA-256 integrity seal allowing you to authenticate your physical artifact upon arrival without disclosing identifying data publicly.
05.Global Privacy Rights: GDPR, CCPA & International Protections
Regardless of your physical residency, Pauram LLC extends the highest global privacy standards to all human beings:
Under Articles 15 through 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation, you possess the Right to Access, Rectification, Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), Restriction of Processing, and Data Portability. Because Pauram operates on a non-custodial model, your primary data is already in your sole physical custody.
Under California Civil Code § 1798.100, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. Pauram LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
06.Sub-800ns Memory Zeroing & Cryptographic Erasure
In accordance with our hardware security architecture, localized Pauram instances feature single-instruction cryptographic zeroing. Upon issuing a termination signal or emergency wipe command, session keys and memory blocks are overwritten with randomized entropy and zeroed in under 800 nanoseconds, leaving no remanence in dynamic physical RAM.
