We're a small studio and we read every message. Write to support@pauram.com and tell us which iPhone you have and what happened.

Purchases

Restore a purchase. In the game, open Settings → Word Sprig extras → Restore purchases. The same button is on the "The story continues" screen. Purchases are tied to your Apple Account, so they come back on a new iPhone or after you reinstall.

Family Sharing. The story unlock can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.

Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Waiting for approval? With Ask to Buy, the purchase unlocks by itself once a parent approves it.

Playing

Can't find a word? Tap the light bulb for a hint, or use a free Pip Cheer when you have one. Shuffle the wheel to see the letters a new way.
The Daily puzzle changes at midnight UTC. Stamps can be collected on any days, in any order, and never reset.
The Lantern Trail starts once Lumi is home. Each Daily you finish opens the next visit.
Timed missions can be paused with the pause button. Turn on Cozy mode in Settings to hide them.
Larger Text and Reduce Motion are in Settings → Comfort and accessibility.

Widgets

Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Word Sprig and pick small or medium. Open the game once first so the widget knows your garden.

Devices

iPhone with iOS 17 or later, including iPhone Duo. Word Sprig plays fully offline; you only need a connection to make a purchase.

Your progress

Progress is saved on your iPhone. If you delete the app, the garden is deleted with it, but purchases come back with Restore purchases. Settings → Start a new garden erases progress on purpose.
