Privacy Policy

Mindfully is made by Pauram LLC. It's designed to help you feel calmer without giving up your privacy. There are no ads, no tracking and no account to create, and we never sell your data.

Stored on your device

Your journal entries, mood notes, plans, session feedback and Mindfully Memory are stored on your iPhone. You can export a summary or delete your history in Profile → Your Mindfully Data.

Mindfully Memory

Anything Mindfully remembers to personalize your plans is shown to you, and you can edit it, delete it or turn it off.

Apple Intelligence and the planner

On supported devices, Mindfully uses Apple's on-device Apple Intelligence; otherwise its built-in planner runs on your iPhone. An optional cloud AI service is off by default. If it is ever offered, it will only be used after you turn it on, and this policy will describe it first.

Calendar

Calendar access is optional. Mindfully reads today's event times on your device to find pause windows, and creates only the events you ask for, in a dedicated calendar named "Mindfully". Calendar details aren't added to Mindfully Memory.

Apple Health and Weather

Health access is requested only when you choose to connect it, and Mindfully never invents health values or presents them as a diagnosis. Weather is optional and uses your approximate location for Apple Weather; that location isn't stored in your wellness profile.

Apple Watch and sharing

Hand-offs to Apple Watch carry only a short action name, such as "breathing" or "check-in". Quick-share summaries leave out your journal text and mood details.

Analytics and diagnostics

Mindfully doesn't upload analytics. Apple's diagnostic reports stay on your device unless you choose to export a summary, which never includes your private text.

Purchases

Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your name, Apple Account or payment details.

Launch notice on this website

If you sign up to hear about the launch, we save only your email address and the date, to send one email when Mindfully is released. We delete the list after that email. It is never shared or sold.

Children

Mindfully doesn't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
