Terms of Use
Agreement
By using BODI Elite you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The app is provided by Bodi LLC and Bodi Beverages LLC.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use BODI Elite on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, the catalog, or Bodi Shot marks.
Wellness, not medicine
BODI Wellness Analysis is general fitness, hydration, and nutrition insight. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, device, or substitute for a clinician. Body scans, plate estimates, caffeine notes, sleep flags, and coach replies are guidance for training and daily habits. They are not DEXA, InBody, lab work, or clinical advice. If you have a condition, are pregnant, or take medication, talk to a qualified clinician before changing diet, caffeine, or training.
Age
You must be 17 or older to use the shop and energy-product features, and 13 or older to use the wellness tools. Energy drinks are not for children.
Accounts
Sign in with Apple is optional. A signed build may connect to BODI Cloud for verified commerce recovery and separately opted-in wellness recovery. You can request full account deletion in Settings; when the service is configured, BODI requests server deletion and Apple token revocation before clearing the local account.
Shop & payment
Prices, tax, and shipping in the cart are estimates. Preview checkout records a local order only. A live charge happens only if you complete a Stripe Payment Link. Apple Pay in preview authorizes the sheet and records the order locally; it does not process a BODI card charge. Founder fulfillment and tracking alerts are operational tools, not a carrier guarantee.
Catalog & AI
Nutrition numbers come from the onboard catalog and scans on this device. BODI will not invent calories. Apple Intelligence, if you enable it, is an optional on-device upgrade — never required.
Acceptable use
Do not use BODI Elite to harm anyone, to submit unlawful content, or to attempt unauthorized access to Apple, Stripe, or BODI systems.
