Who we are
BODI Elite is published by Bodi LLC and Bodi Beverages LLC. Contact info@bodishot.com.
What this app does with data
BODI Elite works offline. Prompts, conversations, scan images, raw Health samples, and on-device learning stay on your device. Wellness history sync is off by default. If you enable it and sign in, BODI Cloud stores your profile, meals, sessions, proof days, and Elite Edge state for recovery. Verified orders and subscriptions may also be recovered. BODI does not sell this information or use it for ads.
Health & fitness
If you allow Apple Health, BODI may read steps, energy, exercise minutes, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, sleep analysis, workouts, activity rings, body mass, and related wellness types — and may write workouts you finish in the app. Authorized Watch trends are compared with your recent personal averages to explain general training and recovery guidance. Health information is used only to personalize wellness insight. It is not advertising data, medical clearance, or a medical record we diagnose from. BODI Wellness Analysis is general fitness, hydration, and nutrition insight. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, device, or substitute for a clinician.
Camera, photos, LiDAR
Camera and Photos are used when you scan a meal, label, barcode, BODI can, body photo, or request live form cues. Live form frames are analyzed on device and are not saved. On LiDAR devices, depth is used to check distance and pose — not body fat. Images used for scans stay on this device. Estimates are catalog or visual wellness reads, not lab tests.
Microphone & speech
Live View can listen so you can say Scan this, track it, or correct a food. Speech recognition and the microphone stay on this device. You can type instead.
Calendar, reminders, notifications
BODI can write training, rest, scan, and hydrate blocks to a BODI Elite calendar and Apple Reminders, and can send local alerts for hydration, recovery, and shipped orders. These are wellness schedule pings, not medical appointments.
Apple Watch, widgets, and news
Apple Music is optional for a session mix. Siri shortcuts on iPhone and Apple Watch can log a drink, start, pause, or stop a workout, or ask how you are doing. Apple Watch complications, the Smart Stack, and the iPhone widget show score, hydration, and a live set clock through the BODI app group — not through a BODI server. Native Watch workouts can write heart rate and calories to Apple Activity if you allow Health. The News magazine may crawl public fitness and health RSS headlines and rewrite them on this device. BODI does not use that crawl as advertising data.
Sign in with Apple & shop
Sign in with Apple stores the user ID plus the name or email Apple shares in the device Keychain and, when BODI Cloud is configured, in the authenticated account service. Verified order, subscription, and Stripe customer references are stored server-side for recovery and billing support; card numbers stay with Apple or Stripe. Cart and ship-to persist locally. Live charges require a verified processor event — BODI never invents a charge.
What we do not do
BODI does not use the App Tracking Transparency identifier, sell personal information, or use AI profiles, prompts, Health, weather, or scan photos to advertise. Optional wellness sync sends selected history to the authenticated BODI Cloud account. Private crew check-ins are shared only when you post them; members with an invite can read them. Optional device location is weather-only. Public community posts require an account and moderation before publication.
Your controls
Privacy Center lets you control wellness sync, turn off AI profile personalization or wellness reads, delete food history, and export your data. Settings controls sign-out and account deletion. Cloud account deletion removes wellness snapshots, crew membership and check-ins, commerce recovery records, and requests Apple token revocation before local records clear. Apple Health data remains in Health unless you delete it there.
Children
BODI Elite is a wellness and shopping app for adults. It is not directed at children under 13.
