Analytics, not wagering

BetWise provides estimates, education and decision-support tools. It doesn't accept bets, guarantee results or give financial advice. Every probability and recommendation can be wrong.

Age and legal use

You must meet the legal age and other requirements where you are. Sportsbook links appear only after eligibility checks pass, but you remain responsible for the law and each operator's rules.

Responsible use

Never wager money you can't afford to lose. Cooling-off controls and responsible-gambling resources don't replace professional help.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through Apple before renewal. Price, length and any trial appear on Apple's purchase sheet. Restore purchases in the app.

Third parties and affiliate disclosure

Sports data, Apple services and reviewed sportsbooks are third-party services with their own terms. BetWise may be paid for qualifying referrals, but payment can't influence analysis or ranking.

No promises

Past results, closing-line value and model performance don't guarantee future results. The service is provided as available, subject to rights that can't legally be waived.

Accounts and acceptable use

You're responsible for your account and device. Don't misuse the service, bypass safety controls, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer protected services, or use BetWise for anything unlawful.

Data and intellectual property

Sports data and third-party marks belong to their owners and may carry license limits. Pauram LLC gives you a personal, limited, revocable right to use BetWise as intended.

Changes and termination

Features may change or end. Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, legal requirements or a serious breach. Changes to these terms carry a new date and, when appropriate, notice.
