Most answers are below. If not, email support@pauram.com with your app version, iOS version, what you expected and what happened. Never email sportsbook passwords, full payment information or an identity document.

Getting started

After setup, BetWise asks what you want to do first: scan a slip, build one, or learn the basics. You can come back to any of them from the Today screen.

Scanning a slip

BetWise reads screenshots and camera photos on your device. Always check every team, player, market, line, price, stake and return before saving. If a field looks wrong, fix it by hand.

The Coach

The Coach runs on Pauram Intelligence. Choose how it answers in Settings → Coach: on this iPhone only, with BetWise's server, or offline rules. Each answer shows where it came from and how confident it is.

Subscriptions

Purchases and renewals are handled by Apple. To restore BetWise Pro, open Settings in BetWise and tap Restore Purchases (also on the BetWise Pro screen). To cancel, go to your Apple Account's subscription settings. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Export or delete your data

Open Settings → Data to export your records or delete your account and data. If something can't be done in the app, email support@pauram.com.

Accessibility

Text grows with Dynamic Type up to the largest accessibility sizes, VoiceOver reads charts and gauges, and BetWise follows Reduce Motion and high-contrast settings.

What BetWise does

BetWise provides analytics, education and decision support. It doesn't accept deposits or wagers, settle bets, guarantee outcomes, or replace a sportsbook's official rules.

Responsible use

Never bet more than you can afford to lose. BetWise has limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion in the Responsible Play Center, but they don't replace professional support. In the United States, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER for free, confidential help.
