By downloading, installing, launching, or enrolling in Future Engineer Academy, you agree to be bound by the terms, software warranties, and safety guidelines outlined herein.

01.License Grants & Editions

Family Lifetime Edition

Perpetual, non-exclusive household license.
Authorized for up to 5 concurrent family student profiles.
All local features, Bug Lab, and Code Vault unlocked indefinitely.
No subscription, recurring fees, or hidden paywalls.

School Edition (Pilot & District)

Site-wide institutional license per school campus.
Includes Teacher Command Center (⌘9) & Live Class Heatmaps.
Proctored Exam Lock and OneRoster 1.2 CSV Ingestion.
Apple School Manager MDM configuration profiles included.

02.Python Execution Sandbox & Safety Constraints

Future Engineer Academy executes student-authored Python code inside a multi-layered security harness consisting of:

1. AST Static Auditor

Rejects forbidden imports, filesystem traversal, OS calls, and network sockets prior to execution.

2. Process Sandbox

Runs Python processes with restricted memory ceilings, CPU throttling, and zero-privilege accounts.

3. Watchdog Timer

Terminates infinite loops and hung processes within 5000ms to preserve device stability.

Users agree not to intentionally bypass, decompile, or tamper with the security sandbox or attempt execution of malicious payloads.

03.Designer & Intellectual Property Attribution

The user interface, pixel-art animation assets, character systems, color palettes, interactive widgets, and curriculum progressions of Future Engineer Academy are original works designed and curated by Pauram.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the visual designs, sprite animations, and brand assets are expressly reserved. Unauthorized redistribution, extraction of sprite sheets, or commercial reselling of graphic components is strictly prohibited.

04.Student Content Ownership

Students and their educational institutions retain 100% ownership of all source code, algorithms, custom projects, and written reflections created within the application. Future Engineer Academy claims zero copyright or licensing interest in student intellectual property.

Python is a registered trademark of the Python Software Foundation. macOS, AppKit, SwiftUI, Apple Silicon, and Apple School Manager are registered trademarks of Apple Inc.
