Yum Yum Garden is made by Pauram LLC ("we"). The short version: no ads, no tracking, and nothing about how you play is sent to us.
Nothing. The game has no advertising, no analytics service and no tracking code. It never asks for your name, email, contacts, location or advertising identifier.
If you're signed in to iCloud, a copy of your game progress is stored in your own iCloud account so it can be restored on a new device. We can't access it.
When you choose to trade, the game connects directly to the other player's device over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. It shares only your garden name and the cards being traded with that player. Nothing goes through our servers.
A grown-up can send a friend a gift or an invitation to visit their garden. These are links that you share yourself, for example in Messages. Everything the friend's game needs is inside the link: a gift holds a random code and the day it was made, and a visit holds your garden's name, the area, what you've built and which Mythic Friends live there. The links point to pauram.com, but the garden details sit after the "#" in the address, which browsers never send to our server. We don't keep any record of who sent what to whom.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the game which items you bought so we can deliver them.
Game Center is optional; the game never asks you to sign in on its own. If you use it, Apple handles your leaderboard scores and achievements under Apple's own privacy policy.
To keep timers fair, the game asks Apple's website (apple.com) for the current time. It also downloads a small settings file from pauram.com for announcements and gifts. These are plain downloads; no game or personal data is sent.
If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and app statistics. Apple collects these, not the game, and you can turn this off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
If you allow them, the game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your energy is full). They're created on your phone, not sent from our servers. You can turn them off in the game's Settings.
Yum Yum Garden is not directed at children under 13, and we don't collect personal information from anyone.
Use Settings › Reset progress in the game to erase your progress on the device and in iCloud. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
