Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Heads or Tails app for iPhone and this website. Both are made by Pauram LLC ("we"). The short version: your game stays on your iPhone, there are no ads, no tracking and no account, and we don't sell anything about you.

In the app

Your progress stays on your device. Flips, streaks, the ledger, HOUSE credits, gems, coins, seals, story progress, notes and settings are saved on your iPhone. We never receive them.

• iCloud. If you're signed in to iCloud, your unlocked coins, seals, cosmetics, solved cube faces and records (longest streak, total banked) also sync through your own iCloud account, so they follow you to a new iPhone. Apple stores them; we can't see them.
• Game Center. If you use Game Center, your scores and achievements go to Apple's Game Center under your Game Center name, as Apple's privacy policy describes.
• Purchases. Apple handles every purchase. We never see your payment details. The app only learns which items you own.
• Reminders. If you allow notifications, the app schedules an evening reminder on your iPhone. It's a local notification: nothing is sent to us. Turn it off anytime in iOS Settings → Notifications.
• Photos. If you save a wallpaper, the app asks to add an image to your photo library. It can't read your photos.
• No ads, no tracking, no analytics. The app has no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking across other apps or websites. It doesn't use your advertising identifier.

On this website

• Launch email. If you sign up to hear when Heads or Tails launches, we save your email address and the date you signed up. Nothing else. We send one email on launch day, then delete the list. To be removed sooner, email us.
• No cookies, no analytics. This site doesn't set cookies or use analytics or ad trackers. If your phone's language has its own version of this site, the site may remember on your device that you closed the language suggestion.
• Server logs. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, page and time) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use them to identify you.
• Fonts. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you open a page.

Children

Heads or Tails is not made for children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us their email address, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

• Delete the app to remove its data from your iPhone. To stop syncing, turn off iCloud for Heads or Tails in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
• Email us to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you (in practice, only a launch-list email address).

Changes

If we change what we collect, for example by adding analytics in a future update, we'll update this page and the App Store privacy details first, and ask your permission where the law requires it.
